THE FIRING
Your pot is left with us for glazing and kiln-firing in our on-site workshop.
Pots are usually ready to collect around 10 -14 days (you are contacted directly once ready and then can book a collection slot to pick up your pots*).
The process may take longer during peak periods
Need your pot sooner? talk to us...we will always try to help.
*To date we have never disposed of an uncollected pot, but we have pots in storage dating back to 2016 are no longer able to hold pots indefinitely due to capacity.
We now ask that you collect within 4 weeks.
Every effort is made to remind you to collect painted pottery but pottery may be disposed of where it remains uncollected, if we do not hear from you.
